The Hannover Messe is the world's leading industrial fair — automation, energy, AI and mechanical engineering draw tens of thousands of trade visitors and exhibitors to Hannover every year. City-centre hotels become expensive and scarce accordingly.
The Dua Hotel is in Sarstedt, just south of Hannover and right on the S-Bahn line to the exhibition grounds. You skip the morning tailbacks on the approach roads and the hunt for one of the pricey fair car parks — from Röntgenstraße station you ride without changing to Laatzen exhibition station and straight into the halls via the Skywalk.
For exhibitors and stand crews, every minute counts during the Hannover Messe: vans and materials park free at the hotel, breakfast starts at 06:00 on trade-fair days, and after long days in the halls the evening winds down quietly at the Duo Café & Bar.

How far is the Dua Hotel from the Hannover Messe?
From Röntgenstraße station — a 2-minute walk from the hotel — you travel without changing directly to Hannover/Laatzen exhibition station. Including the walk you are at the grounds in around 15 minutes.
Why stay in Sarstedt for the Hannover Messe instead of the city centre?
For the Hannover Messe, room prices in the city centre rise sharply and sell out fast. In Sarstedt you stay somewhere quieter and fairer — yet thanks to the direct S-Bahn you are still at the grounds in around 15 minutes.
Can I park for free as an exhibitor with a van?
Yes — vans and larger vehicles park free right by the hotel, without reservation. Especially for the Hannover Messe a real advantage over city-centre hotels.

When does breakfast start on trade-fair days?
On trade-fair days our breakfast buffet opens as early as 06:00, so you're at your stand or meeting in good time for the 9:00 opening.

The Hannover Messe runs over several days — in 2027 from 5 to 8 April. Many exhibitors arrive the day before for set-up; plan your nights accordingly and book early.
