The IdeenExpo is Europe's largest youth event for science and technology — with hundreds of hands-on exhibits, workshops and a big stage. Under the motto „Mach doch einfach!" it inspires young people, school groups and families for STEM subjects. It takes place roughly every two years on the Hannover exhibition grounds; the next edition is expected in summer 2028.
The location makes arriving and leaving easy: from Röntgenstraße station — a 2-minute walk from the hotel — you ride without changing directly to Hannover/Laatzen exhibition station. No traffic jams, no hunting for parking at the gates — perfect when you're travelling with children or as a group.

Röntgenstraße station a 2-minute walk away — without changing trains to Hannover/Laatzen exhibition station. From there the Skywalk takes you straight onto the exhibition grounds.
