Whoever builds the trade fair presence arrives before everyone else: stand-construction crews, stand builders and technicians are often in Hannover days before the opening — and dismantling starts right after the last fair day. Exactly in these periods, rooms around the fairgrounds are scarce — or already listed at fair-week prices.
The Dua Hotel in Sarstedt is set up for these days. Before and after the fair, your people usually stay at our normal rate from 59 € per night. By van you reach the grounds via the B6 in around 15 minutes — or leave the vehicle parked and take the S-Bahn from Röntgenstraße without changing to the Hannover/Laatzen fair station.
After a long day in the hall, the practical things count: free parking right at the house, incl. vans and trailers. Thanks to 24/7 self check-in you get to your room without a hitch even late at night. On fair days breakfast starts at 6:00 am, and the evening winds down in the Duo Café & Bar.

There before the opening, still there after the finale.
The exact set-up and dismantling windows are set by the organiser for each fair — typically several days up to a week before the opening and a few days after the last fair day. Book early and you stay at the best rates within these windows.
Arrival often days before the opening: quiet rooms, free parking right at the hotel — tools and material stay in the vehicle — and short distances to the grounds. So the crew starts every morning in the hall well rested.
After the last fair day, dismantling runs late into the evening. Instead of a tired night drive: stay one more night, arrive any time thanks to self check-in, and drive home well rested the next morning.

Can we park a van, sprinter or trailer?
Yes — parking right at the hotel is free, including for vans and trailers, no reservation needed. Tools and material can stay in the vehicle right outside the hotel overnight.
We only get out of the hall late in the evening — can we still check in?
Yes. Thanks to 24/7 self check-in you can arrive at any hour — even after midnight. The reception desk is personally staffed from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
From what time is breakfast served?
On fair days the breakfast buffet opens as early as 6:00 am so the crew makes it to the hall on time. Feel free to tell us your working hours when booking.
What do rooms cost during set-up and dismantling?
Before and after the fair our normal rates from 59 € per night usually apply — far below the fair-week peaks. You can see the exact price for your dates in the online booking, or simply give us a quick call.
Do we get a company invoice or a consolidated invoice?
Yes. You receive an invoice made out to your company with VAT itemised — on request as one consolidated invoice for the whole team.
How does the crew get to the fairgrounds without a vehicle?
Take the S-Bahn from Röntgenstraße (a 2-minute walk from the hotel) without changing trains to the Hannover/Laatzen fair station — including the walk across the Skywalk you are at the grounds in around 15 minutes.
