The ZAG Arena at the Expo Plaza is one of the largest event halls in northern Germany — big names from AnnenMayKantereit to PUR to Die Fantastischen Vier play here regularly in front of thousands of fans.
Instead of sitting in traffic after the concert or paying to park in the city centre, you stay at the Dua Hotel in Sarstedt: leave your car free at the hotel and take the tram from Röntgenstraße straight towards the fair/Expo grounds — you reach the arena in around 15 minutes.
After the show the Duo Café & Bar is waiting for a nightcap, and the next morning you can lie in until 10:30 at the weekend and have a relaxed breakfast.
Röntgenstraße stop a 2-minute walk away. By tram towards the fair/Expo grounds you are at the ZAG Arena in around 15 minutes — without hunting for parking.
Via the B6 you are quickly at the Expo Plaza. Best of all, though: leave your car free at the hotel and avoid the post-concert traffic jam entirely.
Back at the hotel: a nightcap at the bar until 21:00, a quiet room away from the bustle and breakfast until 10:30 at the weekend.

How do I get from the Dua Hotel to the ZAG Arena in Hannover?
The ZAG Arena is at the Expo Plaza right by the exhibition grounds. From the Röntgenstraße stop — a 2-minute walk from the hotel — you are there by tram in around 15 minutes, without hunting for parking.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Yes — right by the hotel and without reservation. You park your car in a relaxed way and take the train to the concert, instead of looking for a space around the arena.
Is a late arrival after the concert possible?
Our reception is normally staffed until 21:00. If your concert runs later, a late check-in is easily possible after a quick arrangement.
Until when is breakfast served the morning after the concert?
Lie-ins allowed: at the weekend breakfast is served until 10:30, on weekdays until 09:30 — hearty and freshly prepared.
How big is the ZAG Arena?
The ZAG Arena at the Expo Plaza is Lower Saxony's largest event hall — depending on the seating it holds up to around 14,000 guests. Big concerts get crowded around the arena; taking the train lets you skip the scramble for parking.
Is the hotel worth it for a weekday concert too?
Yes — you save the long drive home after the show, park for free and sleep in a quiet room. On weekdays breakfast is served until 09:30, at weekends until 10:30.
