House Rules
Dear Guests, To make your stay at our hotel as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.
1. Parking
Dua Hotel assumes no liability for damage to vehicles or their contents parked on the hotel property.
2. Reception
The hotel reception is staffed from 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM (15:00 – 21:00).
Please note that payment transactions are only possible during these staffed hours.
3. Rooms
Keys: At least one key is provided per room; contact reception if you need an additional key. Keys must be returned upon leaving the building.
Times: Rooms are available from 03:00 PM (15:00) on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Maintenance: Bed linen and towels are included in the room price.
Hygiene: Do not dispose of hygiene products or other objects in the toilets; hygiene bins are provided in every bathroom.
Liability: Guests are liable for any damage to inventory or gross soiling caused by negligence or intent.
4. Breakfast
Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:00 AM – 09:30 AM | Weekends: 08:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
Peak Times: Please expect high guest volume and potential short wait times between 07:00 AM – 08:30 AM on weekdays and 08:30 AM – 10:00 AM on weekends.
Takeaway: Taking food or drinks from the buffet is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the hotel (e.g., for a surcharge).
5. Night Rest, Order & Security
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours apply to all rooms, corridors, and outdoor areas starting from 10:00 PM (22:00). Any noise must be avoided.
Conduct: Respectful treatment of other guests, neighbors, and staff is expected. Leaning out of windows, sitting on windowsills, throwing objects, or calling out from windows is prohibited.
Security: Public areas are video-monitored for your safety. Regular security rounds take place at night.
Visitors: Visitors are only allowed access to rooms after prior registration at reception. Staff may deny access in individual cases.
6. Food, Smoking & Illegal Substances
Consumption: Consumption of outside food and drinks is not permitted in public areas or guest rooms.
Appliances: Bringing external electronic devices for cooking food in the rooms is prohibited.
Smoking Ban: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the hotel. In case of a violation, the hotel will charge a fine of €250.00.
Fire Safety: Tampering with smoke detectors, reporting devices, or unauthorized opening of emergency doors is prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to claim higher damages (e.g., fire brigade intervention costs).
Prohibited Items: Bringing illegal drugs or weapons is strictly forbidden and results in immediate eviction and notification of authorities.
7. In Case of Emergency
Alarm: The fire alarm is a loud signal tone. When it sounds, you are not permitted to go to your rooms.
Evacuation: Take only essentials (shoes, jacket, valuables) and leave via marked escape routes immediately. Do not use the elevator.
Assembly Point: The designated assembly point is located at the hotel’s own parking lot in the courtyard. Follow the instructions of hotel staff at all times.
8. Miscellaneous
The General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Dua Hotel also apply.
Gross violations of these house rules, terms and conditions, or disregard for staff instructions will lead to immediate eviction without a refund for already paid services.
